This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Cleaner & Secure ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our storage cleaning and device security application. Please read this policy carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain technical information, including the SDK/API/JS code version in use, your IP address, device platform and model, timestamps of activity, application identifiers, and device identifiers linked to your Android Advertising ID. This information helps us operate the App reliably and supports ad measurement.
We track how you interact with the App — such as app opens, screens viewed, and feature usage — using analytics partners including Adjust, Firebase, and Google Analytics. This helps us understand which features are useful and where the App can be improved.
Contact details such as your name and email address are entirely optional and are only collected if you choose to contact our support team. Depending on the specific cleaning or security features you activate, the App may request access to email content, photos, contacts, and (where you explicitly connect an account) Gmail data, solely to perform the function you have requested — such as scanning for junk files, duplicate photos, or unwanted attachments.
The App integrates software development kits (SDKs) from the following advertising, analytics, and attribution partners: Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Snowball, AppLovin & MAX, Meta (Facebook), Fyber, InMobi, Mintegral, Pangle, TopOn, Unity, and Vungle. These partners may collect and process data under their own privacy policies, linked in Section 11 below.
Easy Cleaner & Secure uses the Trustlook antivirus SDK to scan installed applications on your device and generate a security risk report. This scan analyzes app metadata to detect potentially harmful or suspicious software; it does not read the content of your personal files.
Where you connect a Gmail account for email cleanup or management features, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will only access Gmail message metadata (including attachment details), headers, and content strictly to provide or improve the email-related features you request. We do not use this data for serving advertisements, and no human reviews this data except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or (c) to comply with applicable law.
Your Android Advertising ID is used exclusively to serve and measure advertising and is not combined with information that directly identifies you as an individual.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the App's features, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Technical and usage data collected through analytics and advertising SDKs is generally retained according to each partner's own retention schedule, as described in their respective privacy policies (Section 7). Where you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
Easy Cleaner & Secure and its third-party service providers may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where our partners operate. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you use the App at your own risk with respect to this inherent limitation.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests (such as improving the App and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights), and your consent, where required.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
