Easy Cleaner & Secure provides storage cleaning, junk-file and duplicate detection, device optimization, and basic security-scanning features. We continuously work to improve the App, which means features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and you are responsible for ensuring your device meets the App's technical requirements and for any data or messaging charges incurred through your internet connection.
Certain premium features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased via Google Play (the "Platform"). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the Platform to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the App and to review, remove, or restrict access to any content or functionality that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, without prior notice.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. "Easy Cleaner & Secure" and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners, and you may not use them without our prior written permission.
The App may integrate or link to third-party services, including analytics and advertising providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE ONE-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, or for our own business reasons, such as discontinuing the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our App, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise or requires a different forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
These Terms are provided in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only, and the English version will govern in the event of any conflict.
